The Revd. Howard Stringer
Howard served as a police officer in Hertfordshire and the West Midlands before becoming a Methodist minister. He worked in the Methodist circuits of Biddulph in North Staffordshire and Macclesfield in Cheshire until he moved to Guernsey with his wife, Michelle, in 2016. They have two sons who have remained in the UK. Howard would describe himself as ‘low church’ and believes in the full participation of lay people in all areas of ministry. When he is not working, Howard likes to watch films or sport. He enjoys singing and is an avid supporter of Manchester United.
